RED
|
Code Red means that the VORTEXpursuit.com Chasing Team is currently out in the field in an active chase or less than 24 hours
of starting chasing with a probability of going at 90% or higher. In this mode, VORTEXpursuit.com Live is active showing webcam images updated every minute
whenever we have a data connection, unless the computer is off or still at base.

YELLOW
|
Code Yellow means that the VORTEXpursuit.com Chasing Team is under a medium to high probability of chasing within the next 24-72 hours, or a low
to medium probability of chasing within the next 12-24 hours. Chase Partners are being contacted for possible activation and
forecasts/models are being monitored for potential chasing activity.

GREEN
|
Code Green means that the VORTEXpursuit.com Chasing Team is monitoring possible severe weather activity that is forecast to occur within
the next 5 days. No preparations for chasing activity are occuring at the present moment but am currently in talks with Chase Partners regarding
the potential severe weather activity in the forecast.

|
BLUE
|
Code Blue means that the VORTEXpursuit.com Chasing Team does not have any plans to chase within the next 5 days and/or there is
no severe weather activity forecast within the VORTEXpursuit.com chasing territory. Weather forecasts are monitored during this time
for anything on the horizon. Code Blue is the default color during the storm chasing season (March 1-September 30) and is not updated
unless there is a potential for severe weather activity.

WHITE
|
Code White means that it is off-season (October 1-February 28) and that the chasing status indicator is not updated unless there
is a potential for severe weather activity.
